• Delivery is handled through trusted private courier companies such as Lalamove, Thailand Post, and Kerry Express.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Bangkok and metropolitan area: 2-3 business days via Lalamove
• Other provinces: 5-7 business days via Thailand Post
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status yourself.
• The company guarantees that all items will arrive in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
